If you are like me: waking up in the middle of the night or earlier in the morning (like at 5am) and instead of going back to sleep scrolling through the social media, I would highly recommend you to try something different that called a HYPNOTHERAPY…

Hypnotherapy is a guided technique that uses hypnosis (a deep, focused state of relaxation) to help rewire your thoughts, habits, and even beliefs stored in your subconscious mind. It’s like giving your inner world a software update — removing limiting beliefs and installing confidence, self-love, peace, whatever you need.

What Can It Help With?

•Weight loss + emotional eating

•Anxiety & stress

•Confidence and self-worth

•Creative blocks

•Smoking or other habits

•Sleep issues

•Inner child healing

•Manifestation work (especially powerful when mixed with affirmations)

How Does It Feel?

You’re totally in control — not like those fake TV versions. It feels like a deep meditation or a lucid dream. You’re aware, but super relaxed. The hypnotherapist guides you using visualizations, affirmations, or past memories to reprogram old patterns.

Why You Might Love It:

•It taps directly into your subconscious, where 95% of your life is run from.

•It’s gentle but powerful.

•You get clarity, healing, and energy shifts — sometimes in one session.

•Great tool for aligning your mind with your BIG goals.

Hypnosis:

•Vibe: More subconscious, trance-like. You dip under the surface a bit.

•Purpose: To reprogram the mind, change habits, heal trauma, boost confidence, or shift deeply-rooted beliefs.

•How it works: A trained hypnotist (or a recording) helps guide your brain into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious becomes open to suggestion.

•Control: You’re still in control, but your conscious mind chills out so the subconscious can receive new messages.

Let’s compare a hypnotherapy with a guided meditation.

Both are similar but it’s not the same…

Guided Meditation:

•Vibe: Think relaxation, awareness, self-connection. Super present moment.

•Purpose: To help you relax, reduce stress, increase mindfulness, or visualize your goals.

•How it works: You’re fully awake and aware, following someone’s voice or music that guides you through breathwork, imagery, or positive affirmations.

•Control: You’re the boss—your conscious mind is active and in charge.

Key Difference:

•Guided Meditation = conscious relaxation and focus.

•Hypnosis = subconscious rewiring.

Both together? POWERHOUSE.

The brain integrates the two frequencies and creates a third, perceived frequency, known as the binaural beat. The frequency of the binaural beat equals the difference between the two tones (e.g., 440 Hz and 445 Hz produce a 5 Hz beat). To experience binaural beats, you need stereo headphones, as the phenomenon relies on the separation of frequencies to each ear.Binaural beats are often associated with various psychological and physiological effects, though scientific evidence varies. Here are some claims and research findings:

1. Relaxation and Stress Reduction:

Binaural beats, particularly in the delta (1-4 Hz) and theta (4-8 Hz) ranges, are believed to promote relaxation and reduce stress. Some studies suggest that listening to these frequencies can help lower cortisol levels and reduce anxiety.

2. Improved Focus and Concentration: Beats in the alpha (8-12 Hz) and beta (12-30 Hz) ranges are often used to enhance focus, attention, and cognitive function. They may be beneficial for tasks requiring sustained concentration.

3. Sleep Improvement:

Delta and theta beats are also associated with promoting deep sleep. Some people use binaural beats as a non-pharmacological aid for improving sleep quality.

4. Meditation and Mindfulness:

Certain frequencies, especially in the theta range, are linked to enhanced meditation experiences. Binaural beats can help induce a meditative state, making it easier to achieve mindfulness or deep relaxation.

5. Pain Relief and Mood Enhancement:

There are claims that binaural beats can help alleviate pain and improve mood. Some studies suggest that listening to binaural beats might stimulate the release of endorphins.

While many users report positive experiences, scientific support for binaural beats is mixed. Some studies show potential benefits, while others find little to no effect. Moreover, the placebo effect might play a role in the perceived benefits.

Overall, binaural beats are a non-invasive, easily accessible tool for relaxation, focus, and meditation. However, like any self-help technique, their effectiveness may vary from person to person.

I personally use binaural beats while trouble sleeping.

Binaural beats are an auditory phenomenon created when two slightly different frequencies are played in each ear. For example, if you hear a 440 Hz tone in one ear and a 445 Hz tone in the other, your brain perceives a third tone—a "beat"—at the frequency difference, in this case, 5 Hz. This perceived beat is not an actual sound but a product of the brain's attempt to reconcile the two different frequencies.

All about 369 Method

The 369 method is a manifestation technique that based on principles of numerology and the idea that focusing on specific thoughts and intentions can help manifest one’s desires into reality.

It is often attributed to Nikola Tesla, who is believed to have said that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 are the key to understanding the Universe. While there is no concrete evidence Tesla used this exact method for manifestation, his fascination with these numbers has inspired many to explore their potential significance.

The 369 method leverages repetition, focus, and positive thinking—principles that are commonly found in various psychological practices and theories. By consistently focusing on a positive affirmation, individuals can potentially rewire their subconscious beliefs, which can lead to changes in behavior and perception, thereby increasing the likelihood of achieving their goals.

The method involves writing down a specific intention or affirmation multiple times a day in sets of 3, 6, and 9. Here’s a breakdown of how it typically works:

1. Morning (3 times): Write your chosen affirmation or intention three times. (! Right after you woke up. And don’t touch your phone!) This is done to start the day with a clear focus on your goal.

2. Afternoon (6 times): Write the same affirmation or intention six times. This reinforces the intention and keeps it active in your mind throughout the day.

3. Evening (9 times): Write the affirmation or intention nine times. This is to end the day with a strong, focused intention, allowing your subconscious to work on it while you sleep.

Be specific about what you want to manifest. It should be a positive, present-tense statement, like “I am confident and successful” or “I attract abundance and prosperity.”

While writing, focus on the words and feel the emotions associated with having already achieved your goal. Visualization can enhance this process.

Consistency is crucial for the 369 method, as it helps reinforce your intention and focus. However, slight modifications can be made if they help you better align with your goal or if your understanding of your intention evolves.

Example: • Original Affirmation: “I am confident and successful.” • Slight Modification: “I am increasingly confident and successful every day.”

The slight modification maintains the core intention but adds a progressive element, which can be motivating.

Overall, while it is best to stick closely to your original affirmation, minor adjustments that improve clarity or resonance with your goal are acceptable and can sometimes enhance the effectiveness of the practice.

Let me tell you: the shifting I‘m experiencing right now is incredible! It’s challenging and it’s not easy at all, but YOU ASKED FOR GROWTH. DON'T BE SURPRISED WHEN LIFE CHALLENGES YOU.

My personal advice is to write it down with your hand in a actual physical notebook. Because then it’s already exist in 3D reality on a paper, it has your energy in it and your intention and focus are increasing.

Before writing it down speak it at loud for a few times so it sounds genuine and natural (like how you’re talking on a daily basis). Keep it as shorter as you can so you can easily write it down even before bed.

I would recommend to write it for 21 days. Because every 21 days you change your cellular memory. That’s why if you can actually do any practice program and commit to it 21 days straight, you’re a completely different person. Next thing is that your brain acknowledged it like it’s something important to it, and it’s going to start shift everything around for that to be important.

While the effectiveness of the 369 method can vary from person to person, many find it a useful tool for maintaining focus and fostering a positive mindset. Whether or not one believes in its mystical aspects, the method’s emphasis on clarity, repetition, and positive thinking aligns with many well-established psychological practices for goal achievement.

I see it as a powerful reprogramming tool, and by reprogramming I actually mean reprogramming your old patterns of your brain. Absolutely yes 💯 it’s totally worth your time and energy. Don’t overthink it, just try it. I would love for you to share your experiences with me.

Have fun manifesting with 369! ✨
